A full page advert in landscape is available – this will cause the reader to tilt the mag in order to appreciate your ad properly and is becoming ever more popular.
Advert design is normally included in the prices. If you would like to supply your own advert design, we request a pdf or high-resolution JPG or similar file following the aspect ratios (advert shape) applicable. If we employ the services of a graphic designer this will be chargeable but most ads we can do in-house.
We do recommend that you advertise more than once, as this helps to build your brand and strengthen the effect of your advertising. It is better to place a small advert regularly than just one big ad, never to return! To advertise regularly is known as ‘sustained presence’ and it increases potential customer awareness.
If you do decide to run with 3 or more consecutive adverts, we offer free editorial space with your first entry on qtr page ads or above.
New customers: Advertising will be invoiced on the day of confirmation and must be paid for within 48 hours. New advertising invoices remaining unpaid at time of going to press will result in the relative advertisement not being placed in the magazine. Cancellations must be received in writing 10 days prior to deadline date.
Advertising support editorials are limited to 150-200 words. PDF files are not accepted for editorials.
‘press release’ editorials received will normally not be entertained unless accompanied by advertising.
To increase your catchment area sometimes it is considered worthwhile to alternate between the magazines on a monthly basis – talk to us about this.
You can also talk to us about advertising on our website of course!
